Multiple Not Selected criterias for the same question - Issues.
When I try to add multiple criterias "Not-Equal" operators on the same question, I get an error message. Why?
In the system a "Not-Equal" operator is essentialy an "OR" operator between all the remaining options. For example, if you have a question :
What colors do you like?
- Red
- Green
- Yellow
- Blue
You want to analyze data for everyone who did NOT choose Yellow, the system internally will create a data-segment for everyone who chose Red, or Green or Blue.
Accordingly, have multiple criterias involving a Not-Equal will not function.
Okay - What If I want to analyze everyone who DID NOT Choose Green or Yellow?
The way to do this is to create a criteria with 'Not Slected' filter. Slect Green and Yellow here.
Can I override this restriction?
No - The system will not function (the analysis will be incorrect) if we allowed for this.
