Global Report Sort Order
To set Sort Order globally:
Go To: Login » Surveys » User Profile » Organization
Click on Settings button
From Report Sort Order menu either select Ascending or Descending answer count option.
Click on Update/Save Changes button
Note : By Default this take Random Sort Order.
