CX - Pop-up settings
In the Pop-up intercepts settings, you can set the trigerring, targeting rules as well as you can customize the size of survey pop-up window.
To customize the popup Survey, go to:
- Login >> CX
- Click on the popup survey you wish to edit.
- Click on Intercept
- Click on Popup Settings
- Here, you can customize the Popup Height, Popup Width and the Popup Background
- Click on Save Settings
Are there any options to customize the popup survey?
Yes, you can customize the height, width and the background of the popup survey.
Will I have to copy the code for the survey every time I make any changes to the look and feel?
No, if you make any changes to the look and feel of the survey, the changes would be updated real-time.
